Youth Worship Team - Would you like to help lead worship? A special Youth worship team practice will be held tonight at 6:15 p.m. for all students interested in using their gifts for the glory of God and the praise of his name. Youth worship practice will begin at 5:00 p.m. once Youth Group starts.

Youth Group - We are restarting Youth Group next Sunday, December 8th from 5:30-7:30 p.m.!
We are excited to get back together for worship in fellowship together, Bible study, singing praise, and small group discussion, and prayer. We will focus our first meeting on Christmas with “5 Reasons Christmas is Not a Pagan Holiday.” Before Christmas break we will have a Christmas White Elephant exchange on December 15th!

College & Career Group - We are starting a College & Career Group this coming Saturday, December 7th, at 6:00 p.m.! Come for a time of fellowship, food, and Bible study and get to know and grow with others in a home group setting. The group will meet at Andrew Rominger’s home. Bible Study Fellowship at First Baptist: Bible Study Fellowship begins Sept. 9th here at First Baptist Church! BSF is an interdenominational Bible study that emphasizes a person’s relationship with Christ through the study of His Word. This year’s study will be on Revelation titled, “The Hope.” It will be for women only, at this point, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. Please visit bsfinternational.org to get registered. This year we are making a new Photo Directory for 2025! Photo Shoots will be every Sunday beginning September 1st and running through December 15th at 11 am to 12 pm in the Fellowship Hall. 11-11:30 am is by appointment and 11:30 am-12 pm is for non appointments. You can sign up for an appointment in the Fellowship Hall. If you are able to help with the photo shoot please see Jessica Salazar so she can add you to the schedule.
Esther Bible Study: A daytime women’s Bible Study beginning September 9th at 10 am. Facilitators will be Rebecca Johnson and Lora Haston. If you would like to participate, please sign up in the social hall. We will be studying Esther: The Hidden Hand of God.

She-Brews - is an annual Christmas celebration for women. This year She-Brews will be held on this Saturday, December 7, from 2-4 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring a CLEAN and wrapped mug with your name tucked inside, an appetizer or dessert to share and your female family members and friends. We will have a testimony, play games, sing Christmas songs, and enjoy each other’s company. You don’t want to miss it! Sign up in the Fellowship Hall.

White Elephant Gift Exchange - Adults and families ministry invites you to the White Elephant Gift Exchange Christmas party on Saturday, December 14 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall! Dinner and hot cocoa are provided but you are welcome to bring your favorite Christmas dessert or snack. Bring a gift to be part of the gift exchange ($15 max per gift)! We will be having a gingerbread house competition! If you’d like to show off your creative skills bring your fully designed edible gingerbread house to be judged. Trophies will be given to our most creative adult & child entries.

Christmas Candlelight Service - Our annual Christmas Candlelight Service will be held at 5 p.m. on Sunday, December 22. We will sing Christmas carols, and Pastor Rick will bring the Christmas devotional. We’ll conclude the service with the lighting of the candles.
